All articles are long form and shall be a minimum of 2,000 words (typically between 2,000 to 4,000 words).
Is there a minimum term for the monthly subscription packages?
The minimum term is for 2 months. However, the subscription and the writing service will continue until you cancel your subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply send an email before the next payment is due and we will cancel your subscription.
Am I paying per word for the articles?
The cost of the articles is not based on a “per word basis”, but rather on providing a detailed writing that adequately covers the topic of the focus key phrase
What if I am not satisfied with the article?
The articles are all extremely high quality and well written. However, if there is something you are not happy with about any article, there will be up to 2 revisions offered for any article.
How do I request a revision?
You can request a revision by replying to the email that you receive when we sent you the article/s
How long will I have to wait for my article to be completed?
Wait times can vary depending on workload. Typically, your article will be completed within 5 – 7 working days
Do you provide the feature image for the article?
Yes, we provide a feature image for each article. The size of the feature image will be 800px wide x 500px high. If you would like a different size to that, you will need to mention it in the notes section of the order details page that you land on after you purchase.
I have purchased 5 articles. Do these run out after a time?
You can send in your requirements for any articles at any time. If you purchased a set of articles, they don’t run out over time.
